Update: Stay Cozy This Holiday

One of the things we value most about our relationships with partners is the ability to connect everyone together to exchange ideas and share unique observations. While our CS team is happy to help with anything your Missions need in order to stand out, we’ve found that the most valuable input for our customers comes largely from other customers like you!

We have heard feedback that you love hearing success stories and getting tips from peers willing to share their experiences. Many of these are brand new discoveries even to our team here at AoD headquarters! • Share ideas as a sounding board, and come up with new ways to engage audiences and leverage social media for your Mission

The AoD Team here at Headquarters will also be updating the space regularly, providing new announcements and answering any inquiries. Bottom line: this is your space to connect with each other and access your community’s knowledge about Mission Making!

One More Thing

If anyone does have questions directly for the CS team while Mission Making, we have recently made Live Chat an available option between 9am and 5pm Pacific Time! Here is how to use it:

1) Click on the blue “Help” button at the bottom-right corner while visiting the Agents of Discovery website or the Mission Maker.

2) Once you’ve typed a term into the search bar, you’ll see any relevant articles pop up from our Knowledge Base, followed by a “Live Chat” button.

3) Click “Live Chat”, and then enter your name and your inquiry. A CS rep will get to you as soon as the chat request is made!
