Mission Publish Scheduling

Merry March, Mission Makers! Spring is on its way, and while we wait for the sun to start shining brighter, you can now plan for your Missions to spring to life when you want them to! Coming shortly to the Mission Maker is Mission Publish Scheduling!

Soon you will be able to set your Missions to go online or offline at a specific date and time. No more going back into the Mission Maker to take it offline – just set and forget!

Moving forward, there will be a new column next to your publish controls to show the last time an online Mission was published, or the next time an offline Mission is scheduled to go live. If you have not scheduled a date and time for a particular offline Mission, it will show the date and time at which the Mission was last unpublished.

You can select the familiar “Publish” Button to publish the Mission right away, or click the arrow next to “Publish” and select the “Schedule Publish” option from the drop down menu if you want to schedule it at a later date.

If you click “Schedule Publish”, there will be fields for both the Publish and Unpublish dates and times. If you don’t have a plan for when to unpublish the Mission, you can leave the Unpublish Date blank and just enter the Publish Date. It will publish on that day and time and stay live until you log in and manually unpublish it!
