Signage

Hey, Mission Makers! If you are looking for new / improved promotional ideas for your Missions, please give this a read.

This is an example of the poster we design for free for all partners. If you haven’t ordered yours yet, please reach out to [email protected]!

All you need to provide is a nice background image* of your location and we will feature your Field Agent and some easy instructions for players to follow.

*Why do we ask you for the background image?*

This is mostly to ensure that we are not using any licensed or copyrighted material – but also because it’s quite hard to find good-quality images for print off the internet! If you have any photos of your Mission location that you have taken with a phone or camera, those are usually of much higher quality and won’t look blurry in the final product.

You can specify if you would like to promote one particular Mission (see example on the left), or a general poster that showcases multiple Missions (see example below on the right).

Click on the photos to view them in full size!

If you have a lot of active Missions you can make things easy for your visitors by going into the Mission Maker and adding your partner or location name as a prefix to your Mission Names. From there, you can simply instruct your players to search for the Mission name.

If you have already received signage from us in the past, you are more than welcome to request additional posters, or edits to your current ones. We want to see you promoting consistently and will be happy to help with your goals for your Missions as they evolve over time.

Support Kit

You can also create your own promotional materials by using the Support Kit! It is full of graphics and assets to use in your own publications.

Placement

If you are creating indoor Missions, you will generally need QR codes (unless the building is made of wood). These signs ideally should include a prominent QR code to take the visitor straight to the app. Here is a wonderful example from the Pacific Science Center in downtown Seattle.
