Types of Missions

The Mission Maker gives you powerful tools to create, edit, and manage your augmented reality mobile games. These games (or “Missions”) can then be instantly published and made available for free from the App Store or Play Store.

Play on Site

These Missions enable you to place your Challenges in suitable locations around your site. Visitors must then find and unlock them in order to complete the Mission.

GPS On-site Missions
For GPS Missions, you don’t need to install signs, as players use the location services on their personal devices to find and complete Challenges. Challenges unlock as players approach them.

Image/QR Code On-site Missions

For this type of Mission, Image/QR Codes must be placed in suitable locations at your site. Players unlock the Challenges by using their device camera to scan them.

Image/QR Code Missions are recommended for indoor spaces, which generally have poor GPS reception.

Custom images, such as existing exhibits and signs, can be transformed into Image Codes and used to unlock Challenges in this type of Mission. Contact us to learn more.
