Agents of Discovery is a fun way for visitors to explore the Albany Pine Bush Preserve and learn something new along the way!
We have a variety of Agents of Discovery Missions that start at Trailhead #1 at the Albany Pine Bush Discovery Center. There are twelve Challenges in the Agents Discover the Pine Bush Mission that will be revealed as you walk, featuring plants, animals, geology, history and more! These Challenges are a great introduction to this special place. We change them several times a year to highlight seasonal happenings. These Missions are a great way to learn more about your surroundings as you hike and play. Don’t forget to take your device off of silent mode to hear all of the features of the game!
We also create Missions that can be played from anywhere and often correspond with events. Celebrate our annual Lupine Fest by playing our Springtime in the Albany Pine Bush Preserve Mission from anywhere during the month of May!
