It’s a fun way for them to put what they’re learning into practice, whether they’re visiting Point State Park in Pittsburgh, Bradenton, Florida, or learning in the classroom.

Scenic America is the only national organization dedicated to stopping visual pollution and protecting beautiful views around the USA. Their goal is to preserve natural scenic areas and to promote healthy living for all people. They are leaders in crafting responsible stewardship by educating the public about respecting the environment and conserving scenic places. Scenic America currently has 3 Missions available for Agents to play! These Missions will teach players proactive strategies for scenic conservation and protecting the environment’s natural beauty.

Scenic Conservation at Point State Park Mission

Point State Park is a premier urban green space that highlights the culture and history of the city of Pittsburgh. The park also offers a unique opportunity to teach students about scenic conservation. Scenic beauty is a special quality created by careful management of the built and natural environment, and Point State Park offers real-world examples of the different factors that contribute to the scenic beauty of a place. The Agents of Discovery Mission “Scenic America Presents: Scenic Conservation at Point State Park” is a special learning tool as well as a fun game for park visitors. You will complete a series of challenges located throughout Point State Park, which will test your knowledge of scenic conservation and help you learn how to keep your community beautiful.

Scenic America Presents: Scenic Conservation For Everyone Mission

This Mission offers a special non-location specific experience for everyone who wants to learn more about Scenic Conservation. It is especially fun to play in your backyard or at your local park! This Mission will help you learn about Scenic Conservation, why it is important, and what you can do to protect scenic beauty in your community.

The AR Catch challenge will teach you the importance of collecting and discarding recyclable bottles the proper way! As future responsible stewards, we must work together to protect our environment for the generations to come!
